- Click on the link in the email inviting you to create an account
- Create your password

Shadow is available on devices with Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and Ubuntu operating systems.

- Find the operating system of your device
- Click on "Download" right to the corresponding operating system
- Log in and authorize your device
To log into Shadow, you need the same email and password that you used to sign up.
- Open the Shadow application
- Click on "Login with browser"
- Type in the email and password linked to your Shadow account
- Go to your mailbox to get your authentification code.

To enhance security with your Shadow, an authentication code is required each time you log into a new device. - Type in or copy and paste your authentification code
- Click on "Continue with Shadow" and follow the instructions on your screen.

FAQ
I did not receive the email inviting me to create my account.
If you have not received an email inviting you to create an account, first ask the administrator of your Shadow account to verify that they did indeed invite you from the Shadow Business Manager.
If this is the case and you still do not receive an invitation email, your administrator can contact our support via the account management page.
Where is my authentication code?
You will receive your authentication code at the email address linked to your Shadow account.
If you are unable to receive the email, check your "spam" folder and if after several attempts, you are still unable to receive it, please contact your administrator so that he can contact our support team.

I was able to create my account but I can't connect to my Professional Shadow PC via the application.
