To create your help request ticket, log into your account management page here: https://account.shadow.tech/support then fill in the required boxes explaining the problem you're facing.
You will receive a confirmation mail from us with a ticket reference number and we will reply to you as quickly as possible.
For organisational reasons please try to open an individual ticket for each issue you're facing and restrict these to one ticket per issue.
