Have a question about Shadow? Log in to My Account to contact a Support Hero. From your account page, click the Support tab to see business hours and submit a ticket. During business hours, you can click Ask Shadow Support to start a live chat.
When submitting a ticket, you'll receive a confirmation mail with a ticket number. A Hero will reply as soon as possible during business hours. Use your confirmation email to reply or add any additional information to your request. For assistance with technical issues, we recommend searching the Help Center prior to contacting Support.
