In case you need to change your email address, you can do it via your account page.
Choose the "Security" section of your account management page.
In this section you have the option to change the email address linked to your Shadow account and your password.
In regards to the change of email address, an authentication step will be required to ensure the security of your account.
Once your new address has been entered you will be asked for a validation code on your old address. Once the code is filled in, you will receive an email on your new address confirming that your registered address has changed.
Be sure to check your spam / junk folders as mails may be redirected there by your email provider.
If you have forgotten your password and need to request a new one, you can do this from the log in screen by clicking the " I forgot my password" link above the log in button:
Afterwards a password reset email will be send you allowing you to choose a new password.
