If you're experiencing a discrepancy between the sound and the image on your Shadow that usually occurs when watching a streaming video from an internet browser then don't panic, we are well aware of the problem and our teams are at work to resolve this bug as soon as possible.
The problem comes mainly from the decoding of the Shadow stream linked to the processor. Depending on which processor you're alloctaed when you start your Shadow, you may encounter this problem.
For example, if your Shadow is running on the XEON E5 2667 v3 3.20Ghz processor, the problem has been solved and you should not experience the sound/picture shift. On the other hand, if your Shadow runs on the XEON E5 2678 v4 2.50Ghz processor, the problem is sometimes present during long sessions of watching streaming videos.
To find the model of the processor of your Shadow, you can go on the device manager of the Windows of Shadow by right-clicking on the icon Windows in bottom right:
Once on the manager of device, select the heading "processor". Usually a simple restart will be enough to resolve this issue.
