If you're having trouble viewing colours or brightness on your Shadow, these can be caused by several factors.
Fault in the internet connection
An unstable or insufficient flow can cause artefacts and colour problems, change your bandwidth to automatically set it up to compensate for losses.
Disabled 'Alternative colour rendering'
Different resolution of Shadow and screen
Make sure that the resolution you have configured matches the resolution on your screen.
