I do not have the connection required to enjoy my Shadow.
Shadow can be used on a 15mb/s connection but if you have problems connecting and aren’t able to access your service, we have the ability, thanks to technical teams to evaluate your case and try to find a solution for you. There are a few things you can check for yourself first. First there is your connection and here are a selection of articles to help you understand and optimise your network.

I'm having a technical problem
In the event that you encounter a technical problem that prevents you from using your Shadow correctly, we advise you first of all, to go through our help center to find an article corresponding to your problem.
If you still can not find solutions, please be aware that our Support Heroes team is at your disposal to help you and solve any problems you may encounter while using your Shadow.

I want to cancel my subscription
If you still want to leave the Shadow adventure, you can do it from your account management page in the Subscription section .
The cancel subscription button appears in the last month of your engagement. If you’re currently in a trial period, the button appears when your Shadow is activated.
