You may cancel your Shadow subscription if you are still within your 10-day introductory period or Month-to-Month subscription plan. To cancel your subscription. log in to My Account, or refer to the instructions below.
- Log in to My Account.
- Click the Subscription tab.
- Click Cancel my subscription.
- Provide a reason to confirm your cancellation.
I no longer have a use for Shadow.
If you no longer need Shadow, we would love to find out why so we can try to continue improving the service. If you’re happy to share this information please contact our Support Heroes who can assist you.
I do not have the connection required to enjoy my Shadow.

I want to cancel my commitment.
Commitment plans, such as our 12-month subscription, cannot be cancelled and are considered contracts. However, you may contact Customer Service to have our team consider your request.
