If you’re getting errors regarding identification when launching your Shadow, then we have some advice here on how to tackle that.
If your Shadow is not yet activated then don’t worry, this is normal. It can take time for your Shadow to be deployed, in some cases up to 15 days. This is to ensure that everything runs smoothly for you.
If you are activated but are still not able to connect, here are some options you can try:
- Change your password. Opt for one consisting of simple alphanumeric characters
- Ensure that your keyboard is not configured for AZERTY
- Enter your password in the login box then copy and paste it into the password bar. (CTRL+C and CTRL+V)
