You may experience issues preventing you from logging in to Shadow due to one or more of the following:
- Shadow is not activated
- You've entered an incorrect email or password
- Your subscription has one or more unpaid invoices
If you've recently subscribed or resubscribed to Shadow, it's possible your Shadow is going through activation. Learn more about activating your Shadow.
If your Shadow has already been activated and you are still having trouble connecting:
- Change your password and opt for a password consisting of simple alphanumeric characters
- Copy and paste your password from a separate field, such as the Email box.
- Try logging in to My Account, then click the Subscription tab to see if you have any unpaid invoices.
