Following installation, the Shadow application will prompt you to log in using the email and password you used to create your Shadow account. Enter your email and password, then click Log In.
If this is your first time logging into your account on this device, Shadow requires you to authenticate your local device for security purposes. An authentication code is automatically sent to the email address associated with your Shadow account.
To enter your authentication code, use your keyboard or copy and paste. Click Submit or wait for Shadow to automatically authenticate your device.
Info: To help us enforce two-factor authentication, an authentication code is required each time you log in from a new device.
I haven't received an authentication code
Your Shadow may still be undergoing activation. Activation may take a few hours, up to a few days during peak demand. If you've already received an email confirming your Shadow is activated, visit our Most Frequently Asked Questions.
