Following installation, the Shadow application will prompt you to log in using the email and password you used to create your Shadow account. Read this article for help logging in to Shadow for the first time.
To log in to your Shadow account:
- Open the Shadow application on your device.
- Enter your email and password into the application, then click Log In.
- Enter your authentication code. You can use your keyboard or copy and paste the code.
- Click Submit or wait for Shadow to automatically authenticate your device.
I haven't received an authentication code
Authentication emails may take up to 10 minutes to appear in your inbox. Check your spam/junk folder for any emails from Shadow.
If you have not received an activation email, your Shadow may still be undergoing activation. Activation may take a few hours, up to several days during peak demand.
