We're excited you've decided to join the future of high-performance gaming. Once you've subscribed to Shadow, our servers will queue your Shadow computer. You'll receive an email confirming when your Shadow is available. Deployment time is indicated from your personal space under the heading My orders. While you wait, feel free to download Shadow onto your devices. You can set up Shadow after you've received your confirmation.

Step 1: Download Shadow Onto Your Devices
Shadow is available on devices with Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and Ubuntu operating systems.
If you're using the Shadow Ghost, continue to Getting Started with the Shadow Ghost.
To download Shadow:
- Log in to My Account.
- Click the Application tab.
- Click the Download button listed below your operating system.

Step 2: Log In and Authenticate Your Device
When logging in to Shadow, you'll need the email address and password you created when you subscribed. To help Shadow enforce two-factor authentication, an authentication code is required each time you log in from a new device.
To log in and authenticate your device:
- Open the Shadow application.
- Enter your email and password into the application, then click Log In.
- Check your email for an authentication code.
- Copy and paste the authentication code into the window or use your keyboard to enter the code manually.
- Click Submit or wait for Shadow to automatically authenticate your device.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I haven't received an availability email for my Shadow?
You will receive a confirmation email when your Shadow is available and ready to go. If you have not received this kind of email and you are unable to log in after several hours, please check your email's spam folder or contact support.
When does my subscription begin?
Your subscription begins the moment your Shadow is available. We will do our best to let customers know whether there are any delivery delays in advance and reduce this times in the future.
Where is my authentication code?
Authentication emails may take up to 10 minutes to appear in your inbox. Check your spam/junk folder for any emails from Shadow.
If you have not received an email, your Shadow may still be unfolding. Availability of your Shadow may take a few hours, up to several days/weeks during peak demand and depending on your localisation.
I'm experiencing issues with Shadow. How do I fix this?
