To update the payment method for your Shadow subscription, log in to My Account, then click the Subscription tab. Under the Payment Information section, click Update payment info.
Enter your new credit card details, including your zip code and CVC. Click Update payment info to save your information.
If your account has a past due invoice, our billing system will attempt to process your payment upon saving your credit card details.
Note: At this time, we support major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We currently do not accept prepaid debit cards, but some markets currently support PayPal. We will inform our customers once more options are available.
