At times, you may need to manually adjust or customise your resolution in order to use your Shadow without visual problems. Here we can provide some helpful information on how to do that.
Here is the procedure to correctly set the resolution:
- Go to the Windows Shadow desktop and right click on the wallpaper
- Click on "Display Settings"
- The resolution used on Shadow must be the same as that of the monitor being used.
- Select the same resolution as this screen
Here is the procedure to set the refresh rate:
- Go to the Windows Shadow desktop and right click on the wallpaper
- Click on " Nvidia Control Panel ", then "Change Resolution"
- The frequency (in Hertz) of Shadow must be equal to or lower than that of the screen being used
- Select a frequency equal to or less than that supported by the screen being used

Warning : Some resolutions and high frequencies require a very good internet connection. If the image is jerky or contains artifacts (coloured and pixelated squares), the available connection is likely to be insufficient to be able to support them and the resolution and / or frequency must be lowered.
