At the beginning of May, we deployed a version in production with a bug in the client v.3.2.
This bug has been rollback from Official version and the renderer fixed has been pushed to production yesterday (Tuesday May 19th 2020).
📌WARNING: if you have multiple Client installed (for example Official, Beta, Alpha and Insider), you should check if every Launchers are up to date and uninstall them all if it is not the case.
But we see that some of our users met problems in the update process:
You can also check that in the Help section of the launcher (?):
If client’s version is below 3.2.13, it means that it is not up to date.
To update it, you should completly uninstall the application from Windows » Settings » Apps & Feature » Shadow » Uninstall:
You can than reinstall it from a fresh download.
