If you encounter the following error message: "Your device does not seem able to display the resolution of your Shadow. Please try again later or contact support.", it means that your current resolution set on the Shadow is not aligned with your local computer.
You need to lower your resolution and restart your Shadow. If you can't access your Shadow by the actual device you use (because of this error) we recommend you that you try to access your Shadow from another device to adjust the resolution.
If the problem still persists, please contact our Shadow Support team with the error message and the manipulations you have already tried.
