What is the current configuration of Shadow?
New customers benefit from the following configuration:

- Connection : 1 Gb/s
Shadow brings an end to obsolete hardware. Shadow is updated regularly by us with newer and more powerful components automatically without you needing to do anything or pay more.
It is possible to purchase additional storage space from your account page. However this is in limited supply and may not always be available. We are trying to meet the high level of demand for this option by releasing additional storage on a regular basis.
What conditions must be met to access the service?
In order to properly benefit from your Shadow, people must meet three different criteria:
- Location: It is recommend that you are living in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States
- Connection: A minimum connection speed of 15 mb/s
- Status: Be an individual person. Shadow is not recommended for groups or professional/corporate usage
Where can I use Shadow?
When will I receive my activation email?
The activation time of your computer is usually within a few hours of your order being placed. However, this delay can vary and during periods of heavy demand it can increase to reach a few days. Rest assured that we are always working hard to provide you with access to your computer as quickly as possible.
Once your activation email has been received, you will be able to login to your applications or your Shadow Ghost using the username and the password you used to create your account and subscribe to the service. As part of the authentication process, a confirmation code will be sent to you by e-mail as well during your first attempt at a connection. Remember to check your junk mail!

How do I cancel my Shadow subscription?
A button to end the automatic renewal of your Shadow is available on your account management page. This one is in the Subscription section and appears only during your last month of engagement in Shadow for those users who have signed up to a commitment or promotion.

When will I receive my Shadow Ghost?
If you chose this option, the Shadow Ghost will be sent to you after your order within 5 business days (except Weekends), provided of course that the delivery address is correctly filled and within the limits of available stocks. A tracking number allowing you to follow your order will be made available on your customer area.

Is the Shadow Ghost compatible with Bluetooth?
Shadow Ghost is fully compatible Wifi and Bluetooth.
Does Shadow support dual screen?
Not at the moment. Additional screens can however be used on applications with your local PC if you wish.
It is possible, from your computer, to display the Shadow application in one of the two screens, and to display your computer in the other screen. For example, play Shadow on one screen, and display Twitch, Discord etc on your computer, on the other screen.
I need to install a VPN
Using a VPN is not recommended and may disrupt the service or even cause it to crash.
Is it possible to mine cryptocurrency? (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, etc ...)
This is forbidden in our T&Cs, mining degrades the material and will result in the closure of your Shadow.

I am on a school / corporate / other network and Shadow is blocked!
Contact your network administrator to whitelist Shadow. Its use is legitimate for school work. We randomly use ports on the 2000 to 15 000 UDP / TCP which are open.
My Ghost is making a strange sound / seems to be failing
If you believe that your Shadow Ghost is not up to the quality standards we promise, it may have been damaged during shipping, a manufacturing defect or wear after use. Contact support to inform them of their condition.
