When you have a startup problem and are stuck on the BIOS, check the solutions here:
First, turn off your Shadow, change your Display Port and turn it back on.
Or try connecting your Shadow to a different screen.
If the problem persists, turn off your box again and contact our Support team.They will be able to help you verify your tech issues, or contact a hardware specialist to diagnose the problem.
In order to efficiently solve your issue, please let them know the screen (reference) you are using on which you have connected your Shadow.
Also, please let our Support heroes know which HDMI adapter you are using! (the one included in the Shadow box or different one)
